My DFMA installation CD says release 2006b. Does it contain the latest DFMA software?

Yes. It contains Design For Assembly 9.3.1 and DFM Concurrent Costing 2.2.1.

You can determine which software versions you are running by choosing About from the Help menu on the main window. DFA's current version is 9.3.1.55. DFM Concurrent Costing's is 2.2.1.55.
