We want to use our company logo on our DFA and DFM report headers. Can you specify a size?

You can set the logo in the Report view Page Setup dialog. The maximum logo size should be around 75 x 75 pixels; the BDI logo is 63 x 72. Resizing may degrade image quality for printing, depending on the original image characteristics. A number of image formats are accepted in the Page Setup dialog, including bmp, jpg, emf, wmf, ico.
