Downloads

The downloads are zip files; several contain documentation in PDF format. After downloading zip files, open them with a zip application (e.g. Winzip) and extract the file(s). PDF files use Adobe Acrobat Reader; this free viewer is available from the Adobe website. If you experience difficulties downloading files, or have questions or comments, go to Issues to contact us.  If you get a file corrupt error then you should download the latest version of Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website.

DFM Concurrent Costing v.2.2 User Guide

Report Generator for DFM Concurrent Costing 2.2

This utility allows you to create reports that include additional costs not included with a DFM Concurrent Costing analysis.

To install, extract the two files in the zip file. Copy the DFMAreport.exe file to your DFMA folder, and the dfmreports.ini to the DFMA/System folder.

To use the program, run DFMAreport.exe. Click the Browse button and select a completed DFM Concurrent Costing analysis file. The formatting for a sample report will appear below. Click the Preview button to view the report. The top portion of the report is the standard results from your DFM Concurrent Costing analysis. The bottom portion is additional costs that have been added using this utility. To change these additional costs, close the Preview window and edit the values in the lower portion of the Report Generator window.

This utility application will perform a calculation on a DFA 9.2 analysis file, and give you an estimate of the overall quality of your assembly.  After downloading, unzip the file to your DFMA software folder.
